This Privacy policy identifies and describes the way Squadgain Techlabs Private Limited (“Squadgain”, ”AMARA.AI”) uses and protects the information we collect about customers and users. All uses of Squadgain’s products and services, as well as visits to our websites, are subject to this Privacy policy. This Policy applies to all Customers and Users. The Customer who holds the account with Squadgain is responsible for making sure all family members ( admins) or other Users under the same account understand and agree to this Policy. Information that you provide to non-Squadgain companies is not covered by this Policy and Squadgain shall have no responsibility for protecting any such information divulged by Customer/User to a nonSquadgain company.

AMARA’s privacy policy describes how we (“we” or “us”) collect and use information in connection with your access to and use of our website, apps, platform, and related services.

Who we are?

We are an HR technology company headquartered in Gurgaon and have registered office at 5th Floor, HD-039, WeWork DLF Two Horizon Centre, Sector 43, Golf course Road, Gurugram, Haryana, 122002. We collect both “personal information” “non-personal information,” both defined as (collectively, “information”). This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the websites

What information do we collect?

How and what information we collect about you will depend on the way that you use our Services, for example, whether you are an Super Admin, Respondent, an Individual Feedback User or Visitor.

1. Contact information: When you provide us with your contact information, whether through use of our Services, creation of an account, a form on our website, or an interaction with our sales or customer support team, we collect your contact information. This information may include, for example, your name and email address.
2. Usage information: We collect usage data about you whenever you interact with our Services. This may include which web pages you visit, what you click on, when you performed those actions, and other activities.
3. Other Ways: We may collect your personal information or data if you submit it to us in other contexts. For example, by giving us a testimonial, attending an event we host or entering a contest. We may also collect personal information at other points throughout our Services or within our Website that states personal information is being collected. We may collect the following information about Super Admin, Respondents or Individual Feedback Users:

1. Information collected from your Company: The information that each Customer provides to us is different. In most cases, your company will provide us with demographic data such as your name, email information, and other information related to your role within the Company, including your manager, direct reports and your position within the Company’s organization chart. Some Customers may provide us with additional demographic information so they can better analyze and understand their survey results. In the event that you are, or you become, part of a Network, your Company may request that we create an account for you if you are not already an Individual Feedback User.
2. Single sign-on: If you choose to register or login using a third-party account (such as Google or your Company’s SSO provider), the authentication of your login details are handled by that third party and we only collect the information you expressly agree to share with us at the time you give permission to link your AMARA account with the third-party account. By using a Google Single Sign-On account (or other supported SSO), you are allowing us to access your Google (or other supported SSO) account information.

We may also collect the following information about Super Admins:

1. Registration details: When you register an account or another Administrator creates an account for you, we collect your name, company name, email address, password, and other information.
2. Survey data: When you create and launch surveys using the Services, we will store those survey questions and other information related to those surveys.

How we may use your information?

We use the information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

1. To provide you with information, products or services that you request from us.
2. To notify you about changes to our Website, Apps or any products or services we offer or provide though it.
3. To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website or Apps.
4. In any other way, we may describe when you provide the information.
5. For any other purpose with your consent.

We may also use your information to contact you about our own goods and services that may be of interest to you.

How do we hold the information we collect?

Security is a collaborative effort, so we also recommend that you create a sophisticated password for logging in to our services and keep that password secret.

Minors – Squadgain is not intended for or designed to attract users under the age of 18 and we do not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information on our websites from anyone under the age of 18. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children / minors to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission.

Business Transfer – Information about our Customers and Users, including Personal Information, may be transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, sale of company assets, or transition of service to another provider, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which Customer and User records would be transferred to another entity as a result of such a proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that the Information may form part of the transferred assets. You further acknowledge that the acquirer or successor of Squadgain may continue to use the Information in the manner set forth herein, provided that Squadgain shall make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the acquirer or successor keeps the Information that they may receive from Squadgain confidential as per industry standards.

Policy Changes and Updates – We reserve the right to update this Privacy policy as necessary to reflect any changes we make and to satisfy legal requirements. If we make a material change to this Policy, we will post a prominent notice of the change on our websites, and provide you with other appropriate notice and choice regarding the use of your information, at least 30 days before the effective date. Customers may verify that appropriate corrections have been made. However, it may be noted that Squadgain, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third parties shall not be responsible for the accuracy and/or authenticity of the Information supplied by you and Squadgain hereby disclaims any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the accuracy and/or authenticity of the Information.

How long do we retain your personal information?

We retain your personal information for as long as we provide our Services to the Customer and until the Customer requests us to delete your personal information, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our legal rights.

We display Customer or user testimonials and other endorsements on our Websites. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial or any other endorsement, please contact us at sales@amara.ai
Our Websites offer publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
